[Week 1 after surgery]
During the first week after surgery, it wasn’t so much painful as it was a tight, sore feeling because of the compression garment~
Getting up after lying down was uncomfortable, but from day 3 I could get up on my own and even shower!
I wanted to move around quickly to reduce swelling, so I went to cafés, went to the salon, and even walked around in heels—and it didn’t hurt~ The hospital also said my recovery was on the faster side!
[Week 2 after surgery]
I still can’t run yet, but now it doesn’t hurt even if I walk around briskly~
I’m also taking the capsular contracture prevention meds the hospital prescribed—every single day without missing—while waiting for the implants to settle safely~!
I went in for a follow-up, and they said the shape and size are just right and the swelling has almost gone down~
I’m so relieved the surgery went well!
The incision area has healed a lot too, and I think after a bit more time the surgical marks will almost disappear~

It’s almost been a month!
Now it doesn’t hurt at all, and even running is no problem
Especially the upper-breast feel is so soft and bouncy like the real thing, my friends were amazed—so I feel great~
Friends who didn’t know even thought this chest was my real chest
It was one of those moments where I suddenly felt more confident and proud!!
But I’m still scared, so I haven’t tried pushing my breasts together hard yet
So I’m not missing my meds and taking them consistently!
[1 month after surgery]
It’s finally been one month~
The upper breast feels pretty soft, but the lower breast still feels a bit tight/stiff.
As time goes by, the feel is gradually getting better!
I can’t wait for the day I can wear a wired bra!!
I think it’ll look so pretty!
[2 months after surgery]
I’m still sleeping in my compression garment
The numb feeling in the lower part of my breast has come back!
They said it would return over time, so I’m relieved
I still can’t wear wired underwear and I feel a bit uneasy, so I’m wearing sports bras rather than non-wire bras!!
Most of all… non-wire bras have limited sizing, and now there isn’t a size that fits my bust (70D)

Now that I’m at the 3-month mark, the feel of my breasts has gotten really good~
I can wear wired bras now too, so everything gathers nicely—I’m so satisfied!!
I recently went for my 3-month checkup, and they carefully checked with ultrasound to make sure the implants had settled well!
They said everything looks good, so I felt reassured!
I’ll keep taking good care of myself so there won’t be any major side effects going forward
