Processing is conducted for providing events and advertising information, offering opportunities for participation, and for statistical purposes regarding members’ service usage.
3. Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period of retention and use according to laws or the period agreed upon by the information subject at the time of collection.
The respective processing and retention periods are as follows:
1) Website Membership Registration and Management: Until withdrawal from the Company website.
However, in the following cases, until the conclusion of the respective reason:
– If an investigation or inquiry is underway for violation of relevant laws: Until the conclusion of the said investigation or inquiry.
– If a credit/debt relationship remains due to website usage: Until the settlement of the said relationship.
2) Provision of Goods and Services: Until completion of goods/service supply and payment/settlement.
